*New* LGBT Bereavement Open House
In an effort to serve all members of the community, Doylestown Hospital Hospice is open to starting a bereavement support group for the LGBT community. Although everyone is welcome to attend our general grief group, the purpose of this meeting is to provide a safe place to share your grief with others who may better understand what you are going through. We invite you to an open house on Thursday, March 1 at 7:00 PM. We will discuss the grieving process and coping strategies, as well as exploring issues that may be specific to LGBT community. The purpose of the open house is also to establish how much interest there is in a regular monthly meeting going forward.
Facilitated by Doylestown Hospital Hospice bereavement coordinators, this is open to anyone in the LGBT community who has experienced the loss of a loved one (family member, friend, partner) within the past 13 months.
To RSVP, please call Karyn J. Arnold at 215-345-2838
